A Naples native, he learned Italian cuisine from his family, mastering pasta, mozzarella, and gelato. He further honed his skills under the grandson of the creator of Margherita Pizza before moving to the United States to share Neapolitan pizza culture. He founded Vomero Consulting, which has helped launch restaurants across the country, and also established the successful Atlanta Pizza Truck.
Featured in media and National Pizza Magazine, he earned the prestigious AVPN certification in 2016, confirming his mastery of Neapolitan pizza.
