This is Alessio Lacco, the gourmet mind behind every QIZZA, he ensures the use of only the best quality ingredients, delivering excellent products to our customers.
A Naples native, he learned Italian cuisine from his family, mastering pasta, mozzarella, and gelato. He further honed his skills under the grandson of the creator of Margherita Pizza before moving to the United States to share Neapolitan pizza culture. He founded Vomero Consulting, which has helped launch restaurants across the country, and also established the successful Atlanta Pizza Truck.
